Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RoadFund, a service operated by Advanced AI Credit Repair. By accessing or using RoadFund, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use RoadFund
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use RoadFund. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.
What RoadFund provides
RoadFund offers educational guidance, organizational tools, document storage features, reminders, and links to third-party resources related to credit recovery and funding readiness. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
No legal, financial, or lending advice
RoadFund provides general information and self-service tools. It is not a law firm, financial adviser, lender, credit bureau, or government agency. RoadFund does not provide legal, tax, investment, or lending advice. You should consult a qualified professional about your individual circumstances.
No guaranteed results
RoadFund does not guarantee changes to a credit report or score, removal of accurate information, approval for financing, particular funding terms, or any other outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, actions, third parties, and applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, decisions you make, deadlines you track, copies of important records, and the security of your device and access credentials. Do not rely on RoadFund as the only copy of an important legal, credit, or financial document.
Documents and device storage
Some RoadFund information may be stored locally or encrypted on your device. Losing access to your device, forgetting a PIN, clearing browser data, or uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored information. RoadFund may be unable to recover it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse RoadFund, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Third-party services
RoadFund may link to or interact with services operated by other companies. Advanced AI Credit Repair does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, eligibility decisions, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
Ownership
RoadFund and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Advanced AI Credit Repair or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Service availability
RoadFund is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadFund is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and noninfringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced AI Credit Repair and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to RoadFund. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using RoadFund at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address misuse, comply with law, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as RoadFund changes. The effective date above will be revised when updated terms are posted. Continuing to use RoadFund after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another resolution process.
